Contracts Manager - Social Housing *URGENT*|
Up to £60,000 + Pacakge
My client is one of the UK's leading Social Housing / Maintenance contractors. They work on a National basis, delivering projects for some of the UK's key housing associations and local authorities.
Role: My client are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to work on a number of Planned Maintenance / Decent Homes Contracts in West London. The project involves upgrade properties to "Decent Homes" standard including: Kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment, external decorations, roofing, heating, rewiring, gas etc. All being completed with residents. As the Contracts Manager running the project independently, you will manage a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and Admin staff to control the effective delivery of completed properties on a weekly basis.
You: You must have a proven track record in delivering Decent Homes / Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment schemes for a regional contractor. You will have a relevant building qualification and be able to demonstrate clear progression throughout your CV. This requires a focused and resilient Contracts Manager who is organised, methodical and computer literate. The ability to make decisions quickly and "think on your feet" are essential along with the ability to work under pressure. Business Development will also be a key factor within this role, growing the region by delivering successful long term relationships.
