Are you an experienced Heating and Plumbing Engineer looking for a new position working for one of Wiltshire's largest contractors?|
My client Wheeler's was established in 1979 and operates from its headquarters on the West Wilts Trading Estate in Westbury. From here they cover the South of England, servicing a number of existing clients and new clients on a daily basis.
The company has steadily grown over the last 30 years, and they now have over 100 employees working for the company on a permanent basis, with a number of these having been with the business for a number of years. The company's main priority has always been to offer a professional, personal service with client satisfaction at the forefront.
They are a long-standing member of industry organisations such as NICEIC, Gas Safe Register, BAFE, and Construction Line (the UK register of pre-qualified contractors) and all of which Wheeler's (Westbury) Ltd work closely with. They have a number of divisions within the business including Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire Alarm/Security and Maintenance.
Due to growth they are now looking to recruit 2 Heating and Plumbing Engineers for their Maintenance and Service division on a permanent basis.
The company manage projects from tender stage, through design, installation and commissioning and they have completed installations on various premises including Country houses, Hospitals, Schools & Colleges etc.
The work involves all aspects of plumbing and heating i.e. boiler installations, radiators, bathrooms, kitchens, central heating, underfloor heating etc.
* City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in mechanical engineering services - (domestic plumbing)
* Previous or current ACS Gas qualification (Preferred)
* Unvented hot water system experience (Preferred but not essential)
The positions will come with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including company vehicle, 20 days holiday, pension, ongoing training. There is also overtime available on a regular basis, which is paid at a premium rate
