Salary to £21,000 + Benefits
A Service Desk Analyst is required by a leading Medical / Healthcare company based in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to other company sites around the country and such it is essential to have previous Service Desk / Helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
In this demanding role, you will provide 1st line support and ensure that all calls are resolved or escalated in line with SLA's.

- Previous experience in a Service Desk / Helpdesk or IT Support capacity.
- Windows Server
- Basic SQL experience would be useful
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Microsoft certifications would be useful
