Service Desk Technician

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary: £16 - 19k, DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays

Our client is a specialist provider of NHS IT Infrastructure and Support services, supported NHS organisations to improve digital maturity and patient care. We are looking to expand our successful Service Desk Team and are seeking enthusiastic and effective Service Desk Technicians to join our knowledgeable, enthusiastic and motivated team.
We are dedicated to providing the best customer service experience possible so a positive can do attitude is paramount.

What we`re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills, although our primary objective is to support IT, our preliminary goal is to ensure our customers are happy.
• Interest in IT, you will be dealing with computers and their problems all day so an interest in fixing and using them is preferable but any IT knowledge will be a great start.
• Quick learner, you will be working very closely with a team of experienced and helpful technicians, but there is a steep learning curve so get ready to learn!
• Positive attitude, a busy helpdesk can be a stressful environment for some, we need a positive person with a can-do attitude.
