1st Line Service Desk Analyst is required by our client based in Romford. |
The ideal candidate will be confident and forward thinking and have gained some Service Desk experience in a Microsoft environment including Active Directory, as well as having some knowledge and exposure of ITIL.
The Service Desk Analyst will:
• Provide 1st line support to customers and team members.
• Raise support calls and escalate when appropriate.
• Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot calls, provide advice and fault resolution.
1st Line Service Desk Analysts wishing to apply must possess excellent communication skills and understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service. Candidates are also expected to have the aptitude to understand and work on computer hardware and software in various configurations.
