ITIL Service Desk Analyst required by my client due to a rapid and sustained growth in their highly successful organisation. Reporting to the ITIL Service Desk Supervisor you will provide 1st line MS Windows, Office, Outlook, Exchange, etc technical support to the organisations users located across a number of sites. You will log & manage incoming calls through to resolution. Key to this role is understanding and promoting the ITIL framework in the daily role of service operations, you will have understanding and experience of Incident Management and provide 1st line support to users of MS centric products including Windows, Office, Outlook, Exchange etc. The client can offer superb ongoing training and career development in return for a hardworking and dedicated professional who is keen to provide the very best levels of service and user support along with promoting the drive and use of ITIL best practices across the ICT function.
