My exclusive client, based in Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Root Cause Analysis Manager to join them initially on a contract engagement. The RCA Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Root Cause Resolution function, identifying and prioritising issues that impact the Customer, establishing the root cause and providing business improvement recommendations. We are looking for a highly experienced RCA Manager, who can lead and coach a small team of RCA analysts.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead & manage the RCA function and a small team of RCA Analysts
* Manage the Root Cause internal framework (in line with Governance & Policies)
* Liaise with key stakeholders who manage the Customer Feedback processes across the business
* Identify issues and themes impacting the Customer - analysing feedback and complaints
* Agree the prioritisation of issues and root cause analysis using appropriate techniques
* Lead the function to challenge the operating model, establish the true root cause of the issues impacting the customer
* Propose and recommend business improvements and changes
* Design, document and maintain concepts, standards, processes and procedures
* Track & maintain a robust database of root cause analysis and findings
* Develop, embed and maintain root cause reporting suite and processes
* Ensure strong lines of communication and working relationships are maintained at all times

Candidate Profile
* Extensive industry experience in Root Cause Analysis
* Customer-focused Manager, with a strong passion for improving customer experience
* Excellent RCA skills -experience of Statistical modelling, 6Sigma, Cause & Root Analysis
* Outstanding level of expertise in analytical tools
* Strong Managerial & Mentoring skills
* Strong understanding of financial services regulatory rules and how they apply to the business
* Ability to develop contextually rich and visually compelling presentations to communicate complex concepts
* High levels of initiative, being able to see and think outside the box and challenge the existing processes and status quo
* Good negotiating and influencing skills at all levels
* Strong project management skills
