Are you a 1st Line IT Support Engineer who has a background working on a helpdesk / servicedesk? We are looking for a contract IT Support Engineer to work on a helpdesk at a 1st line capacity, assisting with issues over the phone, including, but not limited to password resets, user support, and printer issues.
We have worked with this client as a recruiting partner securing IT roles for the past 15 years. Feedback from individuals who have worked on roles in this site has been extremely good, and it's a great place to work. Our client is keen to get someone in ASAP, so candidates will ideally be able to start on short notice.
Key Skills / Environment
- ¬¬1st Line IT Support
- Telephone Support to Users (good phone skills)
- Assist with Password Resets, User Issues, Printers etc.
- Working within a Microsoft Environment (MS Office, Windows OS)
