We are looking to strengthen our team with the addition of an experienced Customer Experience Plan manager to project manage new orders brought in by our sales team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director your objective would be to take primary accountability for the Customer Experience of all new acquisitions as identified by the Managing Director.
To Liaise as necessary with all internal teams i.e. Technology, Service, Marketing and Sales to outline agreements and obtain internal delivery dates for the Customers requirements.
Development of a fit for purpose plan with agreed delivery dates for all integrated activities
Management of the Customer Experience Plan as required to ensure a seamless live date
The point of contact for all Customer Queries until Product Delivery
Skills required to fulfill this role:
Proven Project Management with a passion for creating a brilliant Customer Experience.
Excellent communication skills
Forward facing skills for Onsite client meetings as required.
Experience of MS Publisher/ Word or similar for production of gant charts or written role out plans for clients.
A team player and ability to work on own initiative
Monitoring of the Customer Experience plan
Onboarding Customer contact as required
Internal plan updates as necessary
Escalation of potential plan risk
Assessment of performance will be subject to:
Customer feedback re onboarding
Internal feedback re process and communication
