Office Manager

Job Description

* Day to day administration of the UK office having 8-10 employees.
* Implementation and maintenance of office administrative systems.
* Maintenance of personnel records of employees.
* Recording of office expenditure.
* Act as the point of contact for all travel booking requirements.
* Provide support to senior management staff to including diary management, facilitating meetings and the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Handling of inbound calls.
* Maintaining record of employee assignments, their locations and timesheets. Maintaining regular contact with employees and providing required assistance.

Skills Required-
* 2 - 4 years of experience as a Office Manager in a corporate environment.
* Adherence to deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point) or equivalent Google Apps.
* Must have the ability to prioritize and effectively manage changing workload.
* Confident, mature, positive and professional outlook.
* Able to work independently.
* Fluent communication skills, both written and oral
