PMO Assistant

A well known telecoms company in Slough are seeking a PMO Assistant to join their Business Intelligence Delivery team on a 3 month contractual basis.

Your responsibilities as a PMO Assistant will include but will not be limited to the following:

* Reconciliations of charges to receipts
* Cost checking - actual vs forecasted for the month
* Approve invoices
* On/off boarding support
* Deal with timesheet bookings and ensure you have ran the timesheet non-compliant report
* Deal with scrum bookings
* Use scrum and timesheet bookings to enable cross charges to projects
* Complete process flows which have been discussed in Process improvement meetings that you will have attended
* Deal with team communications, including sending out business customer satisfaction surveys

Skills Required

* Experience in a PMO Assistant position with a financial background
* Excellent Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid attention to detail
* Knowledge of Sharepoint
