JOB TITLE: Provisioning Agent

Role Responsibilities;

As a fast-growing department in TalkTalk specialising in future telephony technologies, we are increasing our team with this additional role in our Service Delivery department.

Working as part of a team but responsible for your own great performance, you will be the first point of contact for our clients contacting us about orders or queries by telephone or email.

Your role will involve fantastic customer service by communicating with the client and following existing processes to fulfill their orders through web-portal ordering tools and contacting other team members or third party suppliers to complete requests in a friendly and timely manner.
Reporting to the Service Delivery and Billing Manager, you will ensure that all queries are dealt with swiftly or escalated to the correct team whilst maintaining communication to the client at all times.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal and the desire to learn are the key essentials for this role. Whilst telephone answering experience is preferred, this is not essential and we will consider all candidates with an interest in how technology works and who are enthusiastic about offering amazing customer service and learning on the job from a team of highly skilled people.

You will be expected to be professional and friendly, whether dealing with clients, suppliers or co-workers and want to work in a fast-paced, technology company.
