My Client is currently looking for a Support Analyst to join their ever expanding team in Bury St. Edmunds. They are the UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions.|
The right candidate would be a strong and self-starting as you will be required to join their established service desk. You will also be given the responsibilty to take on and resolve incident tickets. When required, you will be able to demonstrate that you can work both independently and as part of a team.

* Experience within a call centre pr helpdesk environment is essential
