This is a great opportunity to make the move into a team leading role, Based near Stanstead you will be working for this dynamic and market leading M2M / IoT Company, Your skills and experience will ideally include the following, owner of the problem management process, lead and prioritise the support team's work load, ensure there are robust procedures and processes within the support team, strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality support, self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines, desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge, adaptable and flexible to business demands, strong organisational and planning skills, In addition you will ideally have had experience of Leading technical support teams, providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
