A Service Desk Analyst is required on a 3 month initial contract (likely to be extended) based in Newcastle upon Tyne.|
For this role the Service Desk Analyst will be required to provide support to users including call logging and basic troubleshooting. We require a minimum standard of technical knowledge and common hardware troubleshooting including PC's, Laptops, Printers and Microsoft Applications. Successful applicants should have an understanding of shared drives and exchange emails within an enterprise environment. For this role you will need previous experience within a 1st line Support/ Service Desk Analyst position with technical skills within a windows environment.
This role is to start ASAP and will pay £8 to £9 + HP (PAYE) OR £10 to £11 per hour (LTD/UMBRELLA) dependant on experience
