Junior Project Manager/Coordinator - Circa £25K

Responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager / Co-ordinator:

-Work with existing Project Managers to assist with the smooth running of projects.
-Check and manage the documentation for project delivery.
-Liaise with customers and partners to organise the necessary resource for installation of equipment and booking of trainers. Manage the equipment delivery.
-Attend customer/partner meetings to discuss the Project and provide the necessary updates to the team and provide regular updates to the customer on progress.
-Ensure all projects are completed within the agreed timeframes and that the completion certificates are obtained on project completion.
-Ensure that the project is handed over to the support team and that all the necessary documentation and access information is provided.
-Manage the project database and provide project status reports for the management team.
-Ordering and processing BT lines for projects
-Arranging freelance trainers to meet customer bookings
-Preparing training materials as required

Requirements of the Junior Project Manager / Co-ordinator:

-Previous project management / administrative experience working in an IT environment.
-The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible with a cheerful disposition.
-You will need to have good organisational skills, as well as good discipline to follow and use department procedures and systems.
-Effective communication skills, both internally and externally is paramount, specifically a good telephone manner with customer and suppliers.
-A Level or equivalent qualifications in English, Maths and IT.
