This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and highly motivated individual to lead the Business & Client Services Team for an award winning digital transformation and Digital Analytics Consultancy.

The Business & Client Services Team are responsible for working closely and collaboratively with existing and potential clients, internal teams and alliance partners, positioning the Company at the forefront of its chosen markets.
The role is a varied and challenging one which will provide the right candidate with opportunities to lead all key aspects of the team`s
Responsibilities will include:
Leading the Business & Client Services Team. Growing, coaching and evolving a highly performing team to support our business scale-up.
Working closely with the Directors to develop and manage new and existing client relationships
Managing the Company's alliance/partner programme, helping to shape and promote joint propositions and services.
Providing insight into performance and measuring the effectiveness of client relationships.
Owning the entire bid lifecycle including: identification, qualification and assessment of business opportunities in both the public and private sectors; developing our `win` strategy; generating high quality, persuasive business winning proposals; understanding debriefs and embedding lessons learned.
Developing the Company business pipeline, researching and identifying new business lead, clients and potential new markets
Defining and implementing a strong and distinctive corporate branding strategy, including the ongoing development of our website,
production of marketing materials and managing the Company`s attendance at key industry events.
Researching, planning and directing market development campaigns to drive the Company`s growth in both the UK and
Developing forward business plans and reports, as well as leading on external and internal communications.
Proven business development acumen in a fast paced, high value services environment.
A track record of successfully targeting and winning business and overachieving targets.
A strong leader and relationship builder, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Excellent team building, development and management skills
A positive, open personality and a "can do" attitude.
Superior interpersonal, communications and team working skills.
Thoroughness and a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and confident, responding logically and decisively under pressure.
Extensive business development experience, preferably within B2B or professional services environment
