ERP Sales Executive - Southampton, Hampshire - £35k + Uncapped Commission

ERP Sales Executive required to join my client, a leading ERP Software Provider in Southampton. This role has emerged due to numerous business wins which the team plan on continuing with your help. The role is multi-dimensional and can be anything from initial prospecting and cold calling using the company's CRM, analysing customer requirements and managing objections, demonstrations of the system and closing the business. You will be expected to work in one of the company's offices, from home and on customer site therefore this role requires an element of travel.

Your Responsibilities:-

* Take ownership of the entire sales lifecycle
* Cold Calling potential clients
* Gather and analyse data for various marketing plans and initiative
* Produce sales presentations and documentation
* Where necessary carry out account management activities
* Demonstrate the ERP solution to prospects and brief consultants when they assist the sales effort
* Attend trade shows and complete all necessary follow-up
* Work closely with the marketing personnel
* Meet sales targets as provided by the sales department management

Person Specification:

* Educated to degree level in I.T, business or related subject. Alternatively, significant experience in ERP projects.
* Strongly customer focused
* ERP experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Good team player
* Able to function well without supervision
* Capacity to think creatively with good problem solving skills
* Capable of rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers
* Ability to be flexible and thrive under pressure
