3 Month Contract - £80 - £90 per day
I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer with helpdesk experience to work for a Charity in Central London. I am looking for someone who is keen to learn and gain more technical experience. You will need to have a good head on your shoulders and be ready to tackle any technical issues that come your way in a timely manner.
You will also need to be able to handle yourself well in a busy environment whilst providing excellent customer service to the users throughout the company.
Key Skills required for the 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer:
- Active Directory
- Windows 7
- MS Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
