About the role
A part of the digital transformation is to improve child and adult services by improving the incumbent system and introduce mobile working. An agile sprint team will be developing and delivering the changes, working closely with key stakeholders.
The developer roles advertised will form part of this agile sprint team.

* Form part of an agile sprint team to develop user story solutions.
* Take part in discussion meetings to understand the functionality to be developed
* Work closely with the testers and key stakeholder to resolve issues and defects within sprint.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Form building experience
* HTML5, CSS
* Agile software development
* Good team player, able to communicate clearly in both spoken and written word, including presentations and demonstrations
* Have a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to generate ideas and solutions
* Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
* Ability to anticipate problems
* Total Mobile experience
* Web services and RESTful APIs
* Real time software experience
* Delphi development
