Our customer, one of the largest and fastest growing commercial property/maintenance companies operating globally, have a requirement for an electrical bias shift engineer to work at a high profile HQ building for a financial company in the West End. Working as part of a multi-skilled team providing planned and reactive maintenance on a continental 24/7 shift pattern, the guideline salary for the position is £34-36,000 with an opportunity for some additional overtime and training courses.
Candidates must be electrically qualified, ideally through a full apprenticeship, with at least three years of similar experience within a commercial HVAC maintenance environment. Along with core electrical qualifications, additional training such as 2391, HV AP, L8, etc will all be beneficial and particular working knowledge should include:
Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, Pumps, Motors, Air Handling & Fan Coil Units, 1st line Generators, UPS, HV & LV distribution, Water Treatment, 1st line Chiller & Boilers, VAVs, etc.
