Sale Administrator £18k - £20k Based In Braunton

My client, a successful production company, based in Braunton are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator/ Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Offering an attractive salary of between £18000 and £20000, depending on experience, and free on-site parking.

This exciting opportunity has materialised due to growth within the company and more specifically the sales team.


* Preparation of customer quotations
* Customer liaison, both over the phone and email
* Maintaining and updating customers records on the ERP system
* Entering accurate orders
* Assist the administration team when required
* Maintaining an excellent working relationship across the company especially the production team
* Assist with preparation and attending exhibitions to promote the business

Candidate specification:

* Previous experience of working within a sales coordination or sales administrative role
* Excellent communications skills and confident liaising with customers.
* Sound IT skills
* Previous experience of working within a manufacturing background would be advantageous

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm.
