Job Title - Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (elec biased)|
Location - Holbeach
Salary - £42,000 (including shift allowance), plus generous overtime and training.
Shifts - Permanent Nights (3 on 3 off)
Our client is one of the world's largest producers of fresh and frozen food products. With over 30 sites across the UK they employ over 15,000 people globally across 10 countries. This multi-billion pound business supplies a huge variety of products to every major supermarket, fast food and restaurant chains across the UK.
The company has enjoyed continued year on year growth since their formation in the 1980's, with the UK their largest market sector by far. Their Holbeach site, which employs over 1200 members of staff, was custom built to allow for this continued expansion and growth.
The site employs 12 full time maintenance staff to ensure that production can continue unhindered, 24/7. An opening has now arisen for an experienced Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established experienced team.
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer you will be performing both PPM and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of equipment used in the production of various food products, including conveyors, refrigeration systems, ovens, blast freezers, shrink wrappers, mixers, slicers, washers and weighers.
All their systems are PLC controlled and as such the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer must be able to fault find on Siemens, Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi by checking input/outputs. If you can alter codes within the PLC this will be an advantage but not essential
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills or attributes:
* Must have previous experience working as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer within the Food sector or FMCG environment.
* Must be able to fault find and repair a wide range of production equipment.
* Salary £42,000.
