The Project Manager will lead project teams to ensure successful delivery at all times. Success will be measured in terms of client satisfaction, fully engaged and effective delivery teams, compliance with the companies processes and procedures, management of risk, and working within agreed budgets and timescales. Job Description Reporting to the Framework Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully delivered as defined above through the provision of effective leadership.

A Project Manager`s role, responsibilities and expectations are and should be essentially consistent throughout the company. The ideal Project Manager needs a balanced approach to performing their various roles and responsibilities. Full understanding of contractual obligations and lead the team to deliver what we have promised to deliver. The project must meet or exceed budgeted financial performance goals. These goals will be collaboratively agreed before commencement of each project. Must ensure the project adheres to Global Project Delivery Framework and all Operational policies and procedures. Ability to build, maintain and manage strong client relationships. This is key to success on existing work as well as winning more work from clients. Plan project and co-ordinate resources in liaison with resource managers.

Qualifications In possession of a relevant degree and gained Chartership with a relevant professional body.
