We have an active opening for a Labor Compliance Payroll Reviewer-1 to join our Construction Services Group, working from our office in Sacramento, California.

The Labor Compliance Payroll Reviewer will:
      • Monitor and Audit Certified Payroll Records
      • Attend Pre-bid and pre-construction meetings as required
      • Review Certified Payroll Records
      • Apply State and Federal prevailing wage requirements to certified payroll review
      • Identify Wage Underpayments and Prevailing Wage Violations by contractors
      • Prepare first notice of wage Investigations
      • Follow-up on Wage Investigations through completion
      • Prepare monthly reports to clients
      • Conduct on-site employee interviews for prevailing wage requirements (requires travel)
      • Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • 3 years of administrative experience directly relevant to this role (e.g. Payroll Specialist, Compliance Assistant, etc.)
      • Working proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
      • Understanding of State and Federal Prevailing Wage laws
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work in the United States immediately is required.
