Our firm is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in our Tampa office. With limited supervision, the Proposal Coordinator will:
      • Develop proposals, qualifications packages, awards submittals and other custom marketing materials. This effort requires:
        • Working with a pursuit team, including senior business development staff, graphic designers and technical staff, to collect and develop information
        • Coordinating with subconsultants and other teaming partners to request information
        • Tracking information from various sources and compiling/organizing into a unified document
        • Editing technical information for proper grammar, spelling and readability
        • Creating visually-pleasing page layouts
        • Assembling the final product in compliance with client-specific instructions (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign)
      • Work with technical staff to format new resumes into company standard template and update on a regular basis with input from technical staff (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign)
      • Work with technical staff to develop project descriptions for use in marketing materials (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign)
      • Develop and/or format presentations for technical interviews with guidance from technical staff (PowerPoint, Prezi)
      • Assist in preparing/formatting/maintaining other business development-related documents and reports (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel)
      • Travel may be required, on occasion, to support a proposal or presentation for another office in the region

Job Requirements
Education Required:
      • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience/Skills Required:
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience
      • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Prezi
      • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
      • Detail-oriented
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
