    Bombardier Business Aircraft's Dallas Service Centre is centrally located at Love Field Airport, and is the home of the Service Center Network headquarters. With its dedicated staff of over 110, the facility features 100,000 sq ft of space and is equipped to perform scheduled and unscheduled heavy maintenance, modifications, including interior modifications, avionics installations, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. The Service Centre has received certifications from FAA, EASA, Canada, Brazil, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Mexico and South Africa.

  • Position Summary: Responsible to ensure all airworthiness quality requirements are performed and documented in accordance with all applicable regulations in regards to maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair and alteration of aircraft, engine and aircraft components/parts for which the Repair Station is rated.

    Essential Functions:
    1. Adhere to General Work Requirements as required in coordination with Quality leadership
    2. Conduct weighing procedure in accordance with manufacturers recommended practices and procedures
    3. Upon A/C arrival, obtain associated documentation, complete A/C records and document receipt
    4. Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs (i.e. CAMPS, AVTRAC)
    5. Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts and components, precision tools, equipment and other materials in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
    6. Upon receipt, perform inspection of all new, repaired and rebuilt parts/components for evidence for physical damage, count and conformity
    7. Ensure all work packages (orders and forms) as well as records of arrival, maintenance and corrective actions performed, are documented accurately and that all specialized customer (RED, RFE & SRPSA)and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc) is complete and required approvals have been obtained
    8. Research aircraft drawings and technical data (i.e., REO, ENICO, EO. DCN)
    9. Perform walk around inspection of aircraft for release from maintenance
    10. Perform return to service process and ensure assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to return to service
    11. Provide data to customers as requested

    • 1 year experience on Bombardier aircraft
    • 6 months Inspector experience

  • 3 - 4 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • 1 year corporate/commercial jet experience
A&P Certificate
  • 1 year experience on Bombardier aircraft
  • 6 months Inspector experience
