We are looking for:
Global Mobility Advisor
for HR Operations based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will manage international and domestic transfers of employees between different BT divisions spread globally by administering immigration, relocation, taxation, social security and payroll aspects of Bombardier's Expatriate Population.
You will be responsible to deliver seamless services in a consistent, standardised manner and in compliance within international and national legislation, the transfer policies and guidelines.
You will serve as the main contact with all stakeholders: employee, business partners, HR and Finance colleagues, as well as external providers.
Coordinate international providers to support the transfers: immigration, taxation, social security, relocation and international payroll providers.
Business consultancy on areas like cost estimates, relocation conditions, transfer approaches, compliance set-ups, available immigration options;
Provide mobility solutions for business projects and specific transfers;
Ensure smooth implementation of transfer according to established terms and conditions;
Offer guidance and support during transfer period to the employees;
Participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve service delivery;
Contribute to the Global Mobility knowledge management platform;
Develop an efficient provider relationship in order to deliver high class services to the customer;
Work closely with the Global Mobility Compliance team on aspects related to taxation, various payments or other legal activities during the transfer period.
Degree in HR qualification - qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite;
Years of required experience: preferable 2-3 years working with complex processes;
Good general business understanding;
Good HR process knowledge;
Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Excellent time and organizational management;
Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure;
Excellent customer and interpersonal skills;
Strong problem solving skills;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Language Skills: Advance communication skills in English
