What You’ll Do:
The Implementation Analyst will facilitate the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of all ShopperTrak traffic offerings. Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with all Implementation functions, whether assigned individually, received via the Installs queue, or as a special project
2. Moving all install locations from various statuses in a timely and efficient manner. Following Implementation processes, such as initial testing, configuration, releasing data, and placing sites in the proper hierarchies, etc.
3. Assisting with Implementation special project upon requests. This can include but not is limited to: IP conversions, hardware conversions, client assessments, etc.
4. Serving as the SME on special projects, upon request
5. Other duties as assigned

What You Need:
• BA/BS degree or certification equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Customer service experience
• Basic understanding of IP connectivity or Ethernet networking
• Positive customer service attitude with willingness to help others
• Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capabilities and client expectations
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client implementations simultaneously and with accuracy
• Demonstrates strong capacity for understanding and factoring of technical and business information
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify technically complex scenarios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface with internal and external business partners
• Well-organized with attention to detail
