Information Technology (Application Services) seeks to hire a highly motivated and dedicated professional to provide significant contributions as project lead in the support of various organizations' applications and projects. This individual must be well-organized with attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to address multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or related subject. The individual must have 5-10 years' work experience in a related information technology field. The candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills along with extensive knowledge of web and client/server technologies. Extensive experience writing formal documentation is required. The candidate must also illustrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the company. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is also required. The candidate must possess strong project management skills and handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines. This individual must be able to lead team activities, perform project management activities and supervise team members. Skills must be relevant and current at the time of this posting. This position will require the candidate to learn new technologies as required for the job using documentation and other available resources. The candidate will need to develop an understanding of the application portfolio, computing and communications infrastructure and the IT organizations required to support them. The successful will also be asked to share or transfer knowledge to peers and train subordinates where appropriate.
