We are looking for talented applicants who possess outstanding analytical, communication and design skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our consulting projects with leading corporations, healthcare and cultural institutions, universities, and local and federal government.

Working as a part of project teams, this individual will be responsible for managing and delivering specific activities within a project, including handling aspects such as the timeline, client interaction, communication, and delivery with oversight from a project manager. Typical tasks include diagramming, data analysis and visualization, space programming, conceptual design, and workshop and presentation preparation. Our clients are located throughout the Gulf Southwest and this individual may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Design or other relevant field
  • 10 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and Revit
  • Excellent presentation skills - "Design Story Telling"
  • Expertise in user research, design strategy, and space programming
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment
  • Related skills should include diagramming, space programming, user research, design strategy and conceptual design
  • Data analysis and visualization skills
  • Ability to lead workshops, focus groups and presentations
  • Project management experience
  • Persuasive writing skills
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and processes
  • High degree of flexibility and the ability to work on multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Familiarity with Sketch-Up and other multi-media technologies
  • Previous experience in similar design consultancy services
  • Experience in creating and delivering change management as part of wider workplace strategy services is a strong plus
