The inside sales representative will generate revenue and drive sales results which will be rewarded by a generous compensation program. The inside sales representative job will not appeal to people who procrastinate making outbound sales calls. The inside sales representative will proactively making volume outbound calls while taking inbound calls which pumps you up and lets you demonstrate your ability to manage many customers in a day and close deals. Sales is customer service oriented at Johnston and ultimately a position that requires a personality type that is motivated to succeed and exceed targets.
