This will include hands-on work to complete the necessary work within my clientâ€™s standards and NA position will require maintenance work and minor repairs as well as some administrative tasks associated with operation of a commercial NA TECHNICAL FUNCTIONSThe Building Operator will performs routine building maintenance and other tasks as necessaryIdentify potential energy savings opportunities at facilities including system and operational changes that can decrease the propertyâ€™s energy NA Building Operator must be able to independently plan work assignments, perform duties with a minimum of direct supervision, and assist as a helper in the general maintenance and operation of NA knowledge of building envelope and good technical NA a competency card in one of the following areas is a definite asset: electrical, plumbing, HVAC or NA might include time sharing between two properties which are easily accessible by metro. ESSENTIAL ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONSAccess cards management for all locations (new ones, cancelations, modifications etc)Ensure follow-up with regards to Work Orders that are open/NA dock NA communications to transmit back to the client NA with regards to the access by vendors to perform work at different NA ENVIRONMENT Must be a team player committed to working in a quality NA require daily interaction with teams in person, on the phone, and via email in order to perform the job. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECEGEP - Building Technology diploma NA of 2-4 years of building operations experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite), skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications, and ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, cell phone, etc.).Possess excellent communications skills, both written and NA to effectively manage diverse relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants and NA with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
