Market's leading main contractors looking for an Administrator to work in their busy office based in Brent. It is a large decent homes regeneration program - predominantly external works (replacement of doors, windows, roofs, concrete repairs)
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of current jobs ensuring that all information is recorded correctly, as well as dealing with telephone queries while supporting Site Managers and Resident Liaison Officers with their paperwork. Desired Administrator must be flexible to undertake efficiently a variety of administrative tasks when required, be absolutely proficient with IT,
- Organised and hard-working professional, able to work in fast-paced environment
- Drafting and processing documents / Filling
- Diary Management / Timesheets
- Excellent telephone manner
Experience within Construction sector is essential (Housing Associations, Councils are considered)
You must have at least 2-3 years of administration experience and a can-do attitude,
