Painter & Decorator - Hospital - South East London - £28,000|
My client is a leading European M&E provider with an extensive portfolio in the UK and London. Due to a contract expansion my client is seeking 1 Painter & Decorator / Handyman to join an established team on site in South East London. You will have your city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent in painting and decorating with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and building fabrics.
Duties will include Painting and decorating all hospital buildings, plant rooms and assisting with general handyman duties on and Adhoc basis when required. Assisting other trades when required carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
Ideally the perfect candidates will be have an extensive background in commercial buildings maintenance and ideally would have hospital experience however, this is not essential.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

* Apprentice Trained
* NVQ, City and Guilds or equivalent in Painting & Decorating
* Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance
* Hospital Maintenance Experience
* Ability to work in the UK
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
