Customer Services Agent (IT Help Desk)|
We have a position open for a Customer Service Agent on the first line of our client's IT Service Helpdesk. You'll be the first person to pick up the phone to customers needing help with their IT systems, and it will be your job to make sure they get to speak to the right person to solve their problems first time.
What we are looking for:
* Some experience in a customer service centre or similar environment, handling large numbers of calls quickly and effectively.
* You'll be used to logging information on a CRM system or trouble-ticket system, clearly and concisely so others can resolve issues that have been raised.
* You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to manage sometimes difficult calls in a calm and professional manner, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
* Although not a technical role, you will be comfortable in a technical environment and be able to grasp technical issues and concepts quickly.
