This is a wide ranging and varies role and some of the key responsibilities will include the following:
To deliver best in class digital campaigns and manage their performance to grow revenue across each customer group.
Scale, optimise and innovate the company performance marketing with a focus on PPC and Paid Social.
Manage relationships with external digital agencies where appropriate to ensure strategies are aligned with the company objectives
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of individual performance channels and produce reports with the objective of improving campaign performance and optimising channel mix.
Manage and understand attribution and ensure all channels are contributing to a clear ROI
Own and manage the cross channel plan, test and tailor campaigns for individual platforms: Desktop, Mobile, Tablet
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create campaigns aligned with the brand message and overall company strategy
Work alongside the group companies digital teams to share knowledge and ideas
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Previous hands on experience managing digital marketing channels (either in house or for an agency)
PPC, Paid Social, and SEO experience
Experience of working across online performance channels, and creating cross channel strategies
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Ability to analyse data effectively and interpret clear results
Highly creative thinker (copywriting experience would be an advantage)
Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to people effectively across different levels of seniority.
