Search IT are currently looking for an IT Support Technician on a permanent basis in Manchester for a very prestigious client.
Skills/Requirements for the IT Support Technician:
* 1st & 2nd line support
* Prior experience of onsite and remote working from a 1st & 2nd line perspective
* Extensive experience working on Active Directory (AD)
* Windows Server experience
* General networking skills within DNS/DHCP
* Exchange knowledge
* ITIL knowledge is highly desirable
Start date ASAP
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for call logging, dealing with all user account administration, problem resolution and hardware trouble-shooting.
The IT Support Technician will also be responsible for aiding in the development of the IT department which will include documentation of training and procedure manuals as well as software systems.
