My client is a leading aerospace manufacturing business based in the West Midlands area and they are currently seeking a Quality Approved Signatory/Quality Administrator to join their growing workforce.

Quality Approved Signatory/Quality Administrator
Purpose of the Role
This position reports to Distribution Manager and is an integral part of the Test and Release Department with responsibility for review of Quality documentation, interpretation of internal quality instructions, data and customer specifications. Produce test and release certification documentation to accompany despatch of product. Generate 'Right First Time' (RFT) and associated Quality business related data to monitor efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement.

This position will be supporting the business to generate documentations in order to release the finished products to the customers in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities
• Review product compliance to internal and customer contractual Quality and Specification requirements.
• Generate and approve test and release certification documentation
• Carry out, if necessary, daily admin duties e.g. Archiving, filing.
• Review customer order information via in-house database and must be RFT
• To check the operation process is fully completed and stamp and sign off.
• RFT completion of final documentation, and generate the delivery note via in-house database system.
• To enter data accurately and efficiently
• Participate in staff meetings and provide further updates
• Able to work in a team, and work on their own and use their own initiative.

Quality Approved Signatory/Quality Administrator
Technical Skills
• Experience in Raising despatch documentation.
• Experience of working in a similar, high pressurised manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Aerospace Specifications an advantage, however training will be provided
• Metallurgical experience an advantage and a fair understanding of Aerospace components
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Access and must have experience in using an in-house database.
• Clear, concise and appropriate communication style both written and verbal.
• To have a fair knowledge with Customer Portals.
• Able to work towards deadlines and have an excellent attention to detail.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be proactive, enthuastic and self-motivated.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime to meet the customer demands (this may include weekends required).
• Ability to deal with internal / external customers in a professional and a timely manner
