Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for a permanent TRAINEE I.T SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join an existing development team at our client based in Essex , Braintree . The salary on offer is between £16k - £18k dependent on experience.

You will be working within the existing Utilities Product Development team as a Delphi/Oracle as a Trainee Support Technician. You will work on established asset and workforce management applications for the utilities market. Working on mission critical applications for the energy industry, you will develop solutions using Delphi and Oracle.

From time to time you will also be involved with the analysis, specification and estimation of solutions relating to industry regulatory changes that come into play, before working with the development team to build great applications.

The successful candidate will be able to show experience of:

- Providing Face to face ,telephone, email and call support for employees needing help with I.T issues .
- Performing software and hardware configuration repairs/modifications including the installation and configuration of desktop and laptop systems
- Referring more complex repairs or re-configurations to appropriate I.T Member
- Providing assistance with project work when planned or requested.
- Other general I.T duties
