Shifts: Early and afternoon shift pattern
Salary: £16500.00 can progrress to Team Leader.
Desired Second LanguageSkill: French, Russian, Lativiamn, Polish
To provide advice and technical support over the telephone to existing and new customers offering technical advice on company products. You will offer initial advice to internal customers, so they can offer the best solution to a new client.
Key Duties will include;-
- acting as a first point of contact for technical issues expereicned by customers
- dealing with customer requriements over the phone, via email and voicemail
- offering an initial problem diagnosis, delivering a first time resolution where possible
- toubleshooting issues with customers and identifying problems to deliver a solution
- liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to gain additional assistance
- logging all contacts on the company system detailing requests and issues
- contributing ideas at internal meetings to improve service delivery to clients
- updating firmware and software when and where necessary
