Due to expansion our client, a leading software house is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to focus on targeted sales efforts and customer relationship management. Individuals will be responsible for developing key existing opportunities, setting sales strategy; competitive positioning and account plan execution in selling a variety of product lines to customers and prospects. |
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers and to ensure customer success.
Develop and maintain relationships in named accounts to find, build, manage and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in a business to business software sales role, consistently exceeding targets
Previous experience within licensing, inventory tool, systems management or SAM background is essential
A highly disciplined approach to organising one's activities and priorities.
Naturally consultative in approach evidenced by exceptional ability at asking the right questions of the right person at the right time.
Ability to interact with Technical Buying influences during Product demonstrations and evaluations
Strong negotiation skills (practiced through the entire lifecycle of a sales opportunity / customer engagement.)
