On offer is an autonomous and challenging role working the Planned Preventative Maintenance on a state of the art manufacturing facility.
This company have been established for well over 30 years and operator in numerous countries around the globe. They design, manufacture and produce systems for the automotive industry. They are growing from strength to strength within their market share and have plans for expansion and growth over the next three years.
In this role you report to the Plant Manager, you will implement and manage the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) system, and lead a team of 4 engineers, and at all times drive improvements in maintenance and scheduling.
The ideal candidate with have time served as Maintenance Manager or equivalent, with experience developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance system and proven experience in managing a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join an ambitious and growing company within a lucrative industry.
* Direct and organise employees and contractors with mechanical, electrical and facility repair
* Development, implement and continuously improvement of PPM system
* Promote and operate with Lean principles
* Knowledge of NPI techniques, PPM, TPM and a computerised CMMS system
* Time-served Maintenance Manager with Mechanical and electrical qualifications
* TS16949, ISO14001 and APQP
* Ideally from Automotive, aerospace or an electronics background
