WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff is seeking an Administrative Supervisor I for our Baltimore, MD office.

Job Duties:
      • Report to the Manager of Light Rail Facilities Maintenance;
      • Supervise the night shift Light Rail Cars cleaning crews. Observe productivity and safety practices of the cleaning crews;
      • Inspect the Light Rail Cars and certify they meet the MTA cleanliness requirements prior to being releases for daily service;
      • Direct cleaning crews to rework train cars that do not meet the MTA cleanliness requirements;
      • Evaluate the operation and determine improvements that would increase the effectiveness of the operation and reduce costs;
      • Submit reports to the Manager of Light Rail Facilities Maintenance regarding the effectiveness of the train car cleaning operation, make recommendations for improvements;
      • Participate and attend Light Rail Safety Committee meetings;
      • Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Manager of Light Rail Facilities Maintenance such as:
          • Process and monitor invoices
          • Generate and update reports
          • Monitor Contractor's attendance and daily work tickets
          • Correspond with Contractors

Job Requirements
Education Required:
      • High School diploma (B.A. Perferred)
Experience/Skills Required:
      • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Entry, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Previous experience working with MTA
      • Good verbal and written communication skills
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
