Overview: A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Microsoft CRM Developer to join our team in Albany, New York.

Position Functions or Responsibilities: Duties:

This role will provide primary support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment for NY State Human Services Cluster and its ancillary applications, with a focus on maintaining, managing, and administering CRM. This role will handle incoming support related to CRM usage, functions, and workflow within. This role will participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems as needed. Assist in defining roadmap of CRM, its implementation and adoption within NY State Human Services Cluster.

  • Responsible for protecting and securing all client data held by NY State to ensure against unauthorized access to and/or improper transmission of information that could result in harm to a client.
  • Primary support of CRM environment for NY State Human Services Cluster.
  • Perform application administration activities such as installation, managing security, configuration, and providing user support and training.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Plan and implement patches and roll-ups.
  • Work with Product Owner to define roadmap of CRM and assist when needed with the design and development of solutions to address business needs.
  • Responsible for account management and security controls within the CRM platform and ancillary systems.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage CRM for efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Responsible for Disaster Recovery testing and documentation.
  • Responsible for reporting support for business users of CRM solution.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' developing CRM Solutions in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Microsoft's CRM Certification for Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, 2011, or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience coding Microsoft VB/ASP .NET n-tiered web applications (Web Services, Web Forms, .Net classes), using Visual Studio .NET IDE, and building and installing .NET web sites.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience analyzing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems and mentoring developers in GUI design.
  • Bachelor's Degree
