The administrative assistant will be the first point of contact for custom home clients and will assist with various office duties in a busy office. Duties and responsibilities:Meet frequently with clients to discuss plans and changesPrepare custom home proposalsTake customer ordersSchedule deliveries and work ordersGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone and in personRespond to customer inquiries via phone, in person and via e-mailLiaise between clients and construction crew membersPrepare pricing sheetsCalculate and apply pricing on job orders Skills and qualifications:Proven ability to effectively communicate and work well with othersSelf-motivated and resourceful with creative thinkingHighly motivated and independentExcellent organizational abilityProficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookAble to read and interpret custom home drawingsAbove average math aptitudeExperience using CAD Software an asset Please respond with your resume in MSWord format.
