Job Description:

Purpose of Role The Maintenance Coordinator will assist in administrative and general office duties within the AMC office Principal AccountabilitiesProcessing all related employee information, including attendance records, timesheet data, WSIB claim, reconciling payroll discrepancies, liaising with the Payroll/Human Resources Departments, NA Accounts Payable information/invoices through verification of purchase orders, sub-contractor invoices, material/supply invoices, NA technical assistance and support for the entry and processing of MMIS field data, including reconciling field information, timesheet records, NA support to the Superintendent Construction & Operations/Manager, Infrastructure & Environment, in responding to the public and Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) requests for information, maintenance services, NA assistance to Superintendent Construction & Operations/Manager, Infrastructure & Environment, in the preparation and pricing of Work Orders and Preservation Management NA support to Patrol Supervisors and staff with respect to document preparation, data preparation, reporting NA the Superintendent Construction & Operations/Manager, Infrastructure & Environment, in the preparation of financial reports, analysis of AMC costs, revenues, NA Monthly AMC Invoices and Work Order documentation for processing to the MTO or other NA of all Carillion claims (insurance, benefits, WSIB, etc.), including preparation of appropriate NA and processing all information on insurance claims with respect to accidents claims requested by the MTO's Insurance and Risk Management NA duties as assigned. Knowledge and Applied SkillsExcellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, and knowledge of general office equipment are NA of current human resources management and accounts payable/receivable policies and procedures an assetFamiliar with payroll processes an assetExcellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)Have professional attitude, be eager to learn and have the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
