Over the decades, we have developed our project management capability, integrate our businesses (design, research, production, directing, editing, stop, maintenance), acquire knowledge of many processes to position us today on all industrial markets by providing global solutions. Our FOOD & PHARMA Division designs and builds facilities "turnkey" for industrial customers on markets Pharmaceuticals, Food, and Cosmetics. As part of its development, we are currently hiring for the site based in Montreal, Quebec, a Project Manager. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The project manager has two main roles: customer relation and project management - Works under direction of the director of operations in the customer relationship but also in technical design; - In charge of the execution and delivery of awarded purchasing orders following the P.Q.P rules (Prevention, Quality, Productivity); - Is the main point of contact to customer therefore plays an active role in maintaining the good relationship between the company and client; - Organizes and drives all meetings with clients; - Executes and follows on all requests for modification to orders already assigned; - Establishes and follows project planning; - Establishes the need in internal and external resources; - Creates the detail of the installations following the terms and conditions of the contracts and Boccard Rules; - Executes, checks and validates the installations; - Establishes and validates the SPECS, P&IDs; - Participates in purchasing the parts and organizes the sub-contractors; - Writes and validates reception protocols and approves installations; - Manages the administrative aspect of the project (material receiving, invoicing...); - Knows how to manage a team; and - Schedule and supervises the start-up. - Budgetary responsibility of $500,001-$1,500,000; 1,500,001-$4,000,000 Safety: The Project Manager is in charge of the safety of his team on site: - Organizes safety meeting; - Follows OSHA regulations; - Able to recognizes and/or anticipates safety issues and take corrective actions; and - Report any violations to hierarchy Quality: - The Project Manager is responsible for the quality of the installations done for the client in the respect of the specifications under the contract and internal quality policy; - Follows PR20.2 rules; and - Prepare reports and debriefing on regular basis Productivity: - Follows budget, follows expenses and measures the advancement of the project QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering; - Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in the full life circle of Engineering Project Management; - Proven experience and extensive knowledge in the Pharmaceutical processes and the qualification of pharmaceutical equipment; - Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales; - Experience and extensive knowledge of P&ID's, Isometrics, layout, 3D drawing, and Microsoft Project; - Required to be bilingual in both French and English; SKILLS: - Versatility and strong willingness to learn and perform more than assigned tasks - Strong organization skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work autonomous and complete tasks without constant supervision - Proficient in Microsoft suite and Microsoft Project TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND OTHER INFORMATION: - willing to travel at least 40% or more - Driver licence required - Willing to relocate, relocation assistance provided by employer - Basic security clearance check required SALARY RANGE: $80,000 to $95,000 (depending on level of experience) BENEFITS : Boccard Life Sciences, Inc. offer a benefit package as follows: · Dental Insurance · Extended medical insurance (e.g. Medical, Prescription drugs, paramedical services, medical services and equipment) LOCATION OF WORK : 207 Notre Dame West, #202, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1T4 Canada HOW TO APPLY : Please submit your motivation letter and resume to HR at NA or by mail at: Boccard Life Sciences, Inc. - 207 Notre Dame Ouest, Bur. 202 - Montreal, QC H2Y 1T4 - Canada
