We are looking for a Business Development/Lead Generation Specialist to join our Client's company. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop new business NA Type: Full-time, PermanentHere's what you'll do:Develop new business through established and new channelsProactively research newspapers and the internet on a daily basis to generate leadsQualifying leads by accessing decision makersOrganize the potential client's information and provide it to the President or VP SalesCreate company presentations to be given to prospective clients when requestedBuild and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communication Here's what you'll need:Proven ability of accessing decision makers and getting through or around "gate keepers"Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner with high energy Excellent written and verbal skills, in particular excellent phone manners Strong research and data collection skills using the phone, newspaper, web, and e-mail notifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher
