Our client, a global leader in the biotech industry is looking to hire a Corporate Administrative Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all documentation within the Corporate Affairs Department. You will be working in a dynamic environment within a globally focussed and fast growing company. Responsibilities:Preparation and updating of Research and Development team lists and regularly post updatesOversee and review all meeting minutes and review all departmental meeting schedulesOrganizing and coordinating all corporate-level social activities and planning and documenting all corporate sponsored sporting teams and eventsMaintaining all corporate travel documents and oversee contracts with vendors related to travelOversee and update the corporate websites contents Qualifications:At least 2 years' experience in a corporate administration positionBSc or MSc degree is absolutely required for this positionExtremely focussed on detail and able to ensure quality of documentsExcellent communicator who is able to prioritize in a fast paced environmentSelf-motivated and proactive personalityConfidentiality is key in this positionWorking knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs and Google DriveA Bachelor's degree in Science or Life Sciences background is required for this position
